Group Fitness Training
At Ultra Fitness and Spa, a shortage of funds will never be an issue to reaching your body goals. In addition to our Basic and Dedicated Personal Training Programs, we also offer Group Personal Training Sessions for the budget minded or those who simply prefer to work out in a group-like setting, aerobics classes, zumba, kickboxing, and more.

Aerobics
Aerobic exercise is great for you! Running on a treadmill, swimming, even going for a walk – activity that triggers anything over a resting heart rate is aerobic exercising.
Breathing fast and deep increases oxygen in the blood which provides increased blood flow to your muscles. Your body also releases endorphins for a natural feeling of well-being.
But one aerobic exercise isn’t going to produce the same results on everyone. You need to exercise at your target heart rate (dependent on your age and your level of conditioning), and correct intensity level. Figure it wrong and you could exercise for an hour and not burn any fat, or you could do cardio for ten or fifteen minutes and massively dip into your fat cells.
